I need some help/advice....

I have already committed on buying a 1992 MF 1140 tractor. To my surprise I can't find a good website that sells parts for this thing. Are these good tractors? Does anyone know who sells parts, or is there another model that has interchangeable parts? This comes with a 3 cylinder Iseki diesel motor... Anyone have anything good or bad to say about those...

I appreciate all the help I can get.

The frames like to crack on those tractors. How committed are to buying it? You are probably going to have source parts from a salvage yard, or overseas. Some MF dealers maybe able to get parts, I'm sure the won't be cheap.

It's a running, driving, 4x4 tractor. ( the frame already has a slight crack ) I picked it up for $1500.00 ( 950 hours ) with the 1246 loader and a 6' woods finish mower. I figured I was getting a good deal and would worry about the particulars later.

I did not anticipate nobody having parts.........
