MF 250 Diesel - Transmission Shaft Seal Change

How hard is it to replace the front transmission shaft seals on an MF 250 ? I went ahead and bought both of them since they were just a few bucks and was told it is a good idea to change them while I am replacing the rear main oil seal on the engine.

The retainer seal is not hard, but the internal seal inside the hollow PTO input shaft needs special tools to remove and replace.
