PTO lever plate removal

I need to remove the inspection covers to check and check for leaks and change the filter on my Massey Ferguson 202 workbull.

My question is about the PTO lever cover. Does it all come out as one piece as I've drawn the circle in the picture below? If so, I assume it's correct to move the lever to non PTO running position first.

Thanks guys.

oops, forgot the picture.

Yes, just remove the 6 bolts holding the cover on, and pull the cover off in one piece.
