Massey Ferguson 135 Hydraulics Help

Hi,

I have just bought a 1979 MF135 with what appears to be a 35 type loader fitted.

The hydraulics are confusing me a bit and wondered if anyone can shed some light on whats happening.

The loader is controlled with the draft levers. The hydraulics for the loader appear to come from part numbered 10 on this drawing:

There is a banjo type fitting here which has two feeds from it one goes back to a quick connector which I presume is for hydraulic implements (like a tipping trailer) the other banjo goes through a screw valve then tee's off to each ram on the sides of the loader.

Moving either of the quadrant handles seems to move the loader up and down. The two quadrant handles appear to be slightly seized and they will move together when only moving one. If I hold the other in place they move independently.

From what I can tell the rear linkage arms won't move up and down.

What I want to aim for if possible is to have the loader on separate control levers and I also want to fit a centre ram for bucket tilt as its currently cabled.

Is it achievable to have the loader controlled on a separate lever block and if so how should it all be plumbed in? I accept that I may still only be able to control either the loader or rear linkage at anyone time but can cope with that.

Any help would be appreciated, this is my first tractor and I imagine its going to be a steep learning curve.

Thanks

Ian
