I am looking for a head for fl 120 motor.

The 120 head has a smaller combustion chamber, I have a 162 head the 120 makes more compression.

On a flathead engine having a smaller combustion chamber gives you a higher compression ratio, but the smaller chamber could reduce air flow into the engine. On a flathead engine airflow is more important than static compression ratio.
