help adding FEL to 245 tractor

I would like to add a FEL to my tractor and am new to this, what would I need as far as hydraulics to hook it up? I have attached some pictures if this helps. I know I need a mounting bracket. If I buy new the dealer could tell which loaders fit, if I am looking at used loaders, how do I know which ones would fit? Thanks in advance.

I believe that the loader which was sometimes fitted on the 245 was an MF232.
However Tractor Data, shows no loader listed which means that it may never have been fitted by Massey from new. It was fitted on the 240 but that is a bigger tractor. So fitting a loader on the 245 may be hazardous, though it has been done.
Frey loaders list their ML280 as fitting both the 240 and 245, which would confirm the MF232 as also fitting both.
The 232 has a wide bar which wraps around the engine, meaning access wouldn't be great I imagine.
You can see a 232 loader if you search youtube for Massey 240 cold start.

If you decide to go for a used 232, double check with someone like an AGCO dealer, that it will fit a 245.

Noticed that the frame numbers for the Frey loaders are different for the 240 and 245, so it looks like you need to research if the 232 would need to be adapted to fit. Either way, retro-fitting a loader is no simple task and possibly best left to the experts.

The MF232 loader can put on MF35, 135, 230, 231, 245, 240, 240S, 243, 250, 251XE, 253, 263, 1040, 1160, 1165, 1180, 1190, and 4225 tractors. Unless you are a good metal fabricator it's best to find one that comes with the mounting kit for your model tractor.

245 would not make a good loader tractor, poor trans shift pattern and poor hydraulics.

I'm not trying to throw water on your fire but I have to agree with 495man. There a lot of tractors out there that would make a great loader tractor, the 245/135 has never impressed me as one of those. I've been driving one since Dad bought his new in 1978 and my uncle bought his in 1980? which I have now with over 4800 hours- engine has never been opened up.Before that it was 2x MF 50's, 65, 150 and any number of 35's. They are a TOUGH tractor but not one I would want a loader on. Maybe if you only used the loader sparingly for fairly light work it would be okay. I would rather have a 255/265 with the aux hydraulics, bigger and stronger. My opinion only, your mileage may vary ;-)

The problem is that a lot of people who have a tractor with a FEL (or put a FEL on their tractor) then try to use them like they are a D10 Caterpillar. If you need the loader for heavy, constant work the 245 is not the tractor to use. If you need the loader for light work, and don't use it constantly it would be ok to put one on it.
