Massey Ferguson lift pump

After changing the fuel filters and bleeding the air out I was able to start the engine. The tractor ran for about 15-20 minutes and stalled! I noticed some air bubbles in the clear bowl, I bled the system and it started again for about 15-20 minutes and stalled! How do I verify that the pump is working correctly?
Thanks for any info!

If the lift pump is working correctly, with the engine running loosen the injection pump bleed screw on the throttle/shutoff cover. Fuel should really shoot out under pressure. DO NOT loosen the bleed screw next to the name tag, there's always lots of pressure there. The system keeps about 4-5 PSI at both the inlet and pump return side. When the feed pump dies the cover bleed screw won't have the pressure it should. Also make sure if NAPA/ WIX brand filters are used the filter top outer groove does not have an extra O ring in it, that's the filter inlet. Another thing to check is the constant bleed orifice fitting that bleeds the air out the filter top, when it plugs any trapped air can't get out back to the tank, and instead goes to the injection pump, stalling the engine.

With the tractor running I opened the bleed screw on the top of the injector pump and all that came out was a little air, no fuel! Question: can he pump be repaired or is a total replacement nessesary! It will run for about 20 mins then stall!
Thanks again for your information!
