MF 1200 resonates in idle

My MF 1200 gives this strange resonating noise in idle, which seems to come from clutch, oil pump or gearbox. When I increase revs it disappear. Would anyone know what could be the cause for this and where to start looking?

What is the idle speed now? I've seen other tractors make noise if running a bit slow.

Unfortunately its not due to too low idle speed. You really need to increase engine revs to get rid of the resonating noise. Clearly there is something wrong and to be fixed but do not yet know what and where to start looking.
