I've got a MF 202 with milky looking hydro oil. Ok, so I'm going to put in a fresh 8 gals. of GL-1 90 wt oil.
I saw on another forum a fellow suggested that after draining the old stuff out, to put in a couple gallons of kerosene and run it around the yard a little then drain that out before putting in new fluid. Is this a good idea to use the kerosene? If so wouldn't it be better to use like 3 gallons of it? Using only two gallons just sounds like it would still be too dry for running.
