MF85 or 185 PTO question

So Friday I will be looking at a MF85 or 185 do not remember which but any how the PTO has stopped working on it. I should remember what is wrong since I have fixed it before but that was 5 plus years ago. So can any body refresh my memory as to what maybe wrong??
Also the guy said the power steering is not working. Any ideas what maybe wrong there??

I have messed with this tractor on and off for around 7-10 years but only maybe once or twice a year. A friend got it years ago not running and I got it running for him in under an hour the first time I looked at it.
 
My super 90 had the PTO quit and it turned out the gear had fallen off the P/S pump. I guess the pumps are hard to get ahold of and expensive.
 
If the power steering is dead then the PTO will be too. The PTO is supplied by the power steering return oil. Pumps were available new, but VERY expensive. 85, 88, and Super 90 all used the same pump, but not the drive gear. 85 & 88 used the same gear, but MF changed the tooth angle on the S90.
