Civilianwilly 175

Not yet I am waiting on some real estate inside the shop to split it. I am thinking the PTO clutch. At least that's what I am hoping for. We had a torrential amount of rain and things look to be finally drying out. As promised I will post all pics and results of what i find once i get it split and repaired.

If the tractor has IPTO, the PTO clutch is a hydraulic clutch pack behind the hydraulic pump. It would not have any effect on the pump operation. Have you determined if the out transmission shaft is turning with the engine? I still suspect the problem is inside the bell housing.

(quoted from post at 05:19:59 07/17/15) X 2 what Bob said, still think the PTO drive is lost in front somewhere, keeping the pumps from working..
I have been side tracked by an oliver 550 diesel that a friend needs so mine is on the back burner for now guys

I got the Oliver 550 all back together. The pressure plate fingers are not adjusted properly and depressing the clutch
pedal does not produce neutral/disengage like it should. I am going to just remove the top cover and steering box to
repair and adjust the pressure plate instead of z-splitting again. It's close but not quite right. Back to MY tractor
after i get this thing wrapped up. This post is for anyone following the previous Massey Ferguson 175 no hydraulics post.
Fancy having to fix another persons tractor in order to fund your own repairs, huh? Oh well. Haha. That's life.
