MF240S Tach Drive Oil Leak

Last Saturday I noticed a bad oil leak from the weep
hole in the tach drive housing. Replaced the seal
this morning and after a few minutes running under
load, it started leaking again. What's wrong?

Is it possible that the seal has come out of the housing or was possibly fitted with the lip facing away from the camshaft? Was it a good firm fit in the housing when it was replaced, or possibly was the lip of the seal rolled back when it was fitted? I've found that rotating the seal housing back and forth while fitting to the block lessens the chance of this occurring,

Tried it again this morning, ran tractor for over two hours and not a drop of oil! Thanks for your help.😀
