245 electrical question

Older neighbor down the road has a 245, electricals are a mess, there are whats left of two fuse holders on the dash, what did they protect? I'm guessing lights and charging, but I see no wires anywhere near them, can anyone help me out, he's getting a manual, but I was trying to just get a idea of how it was supposed to be.

On my 1997 MF-240-S the owner's manual and the IT electrical schematic were a hint, but sure were not correct. In fact I found two mystery fuses under the dash, that had blown and protected the horn and something else, I forget. Point is, I cannot rely on the schematic on mine, maybe yours might be different.
