150 Massey lift arms won't raise.

I have a 150 massey with lift arms that won't raise. It has a two spool remote valve on the stand pipe. Placement of the remote valves doesn't seem to affect it .A test guage plugged into a remote registers 2600 psi. so I think the pump is good. The linkages all seem to be intact and moving properly. Anyone have any suggestions?

On the two spool valve, do you have the left one locked back? That's where it needs to be for the three point to work.
