Opinions on MF 263 with loader

Came across a MF 263 with loader this morning at local dealer. My concern is it was only made for 2 years and parts seem to be somewhat unavailable unless I'm looking at the wrong places ???? Any opinions?

650 one owner hours. Garage kept. Very very clean. 2 rear remotes. Not a drip of fluid anywhere. Heavy tractor with heavy leader. Good tires. 60hp might be a bit much but too much is better than too little.

Opinions? Concerns? Parts availability?

Seems to me this is one of the last 200 series built in England before they went to 3rd world built 400 series

Simple model was 261, deluxe was 263.

If the price is right and it's a FWA 8x8 it should be nice?
 
Generally speaking the British built 200 series were nearly bomb proof and real reliable tractors...All parts are available as these tractors are still being built somewhere in the World to this day....At that low hours it really can't be bad......Sam
 
I have them at $11,250. I thought that seemed like a fair price. I would think that tractor new would cost twice as much if not more.
