MF175 fuel in crankcase

I have a 175 diesel with a new injector pump that has fuel in the crankcase...could it be the lift pump or...?

Yes it is possible for fuel to leak through the lift pump diaphragm into the crankcase, you can confirm this by removing the bolts securing the pump to the engine and moving it away from the cylinder block with the fuel lines still attached, leave pump connected and watch for fuel leaking out of the lift pump body.
Just a warning but do be careful when you refit the pump to the engine to locate the operating lever on the correct side of the camshaft, it is possible to get it wrong and ruin the camshaft.

Yup, start with the lift pump. If it still leaks fuel into oil the injection pump could still be suspect too in the drive hub area.
