We installed a new Hyd. lift cylinder assy. and now our 3 point will not go up on it's own. It will take the slack out but not raise the scrapper off the ground. Prior to installing the new assy. it would slowly creep down, and that is why we changed it out. All the other hyd. functions (bucket & rippers) work great.

Sounds like something with the linkage that comes out with the lift cover got messed up somehow (the linkage is kind of frail so its not hard to damage something). There is a round cover on the right hand side of the case with the draft speed control lever, and dip stick. Drain some of the oil out, take that side cover off, and observe the linkage inside with moving the control levers for the 3 point.
