OK, Im marching right along with the MF 40B TLB. I have MF 54A Back hoe and MF 34A Loader. Thanks to you guys, I got the correct fluid in her and found a few leaking cylinders. 2 on Loader , 2 on backhoe . Got those rebuilt and now shes doing everything that she is supposed to do

Next project is loader bucket is loose at pins. On closer inspection, I have found the remnants of some bushings that are just worn though on one side or missing. My question is are these loader pins original design or did previous owner install some bushings to keep this thing tight for awhile? Does anyone have a source for these bushings or suggestions on cutting down some stock to make these bushings?

Thanks!

Paul in Texas

They are factory bushings. I may have the same loader on the 50E I just purchased. Here are Bushings and quantity. You can get parts lists online at Massey Ferguson. I am not sure on availability though.

729013M1 2 Each
706885M1 2 Each
706937M2 4 Each
708084M1 1 Each
708085M1 1 Each

The 729013M1 Bushing is 1-17/64 x 1-1/2 x 2-1/4".
The 706885M1 Bushing is 1-17/64 x 1-1/2 x 1-3/4".
The 706937M2 Bushing is 1-1/64 x 1-1/4 x 1-5/16".
The 708084M1 Bushing is 1-1/4 x 1-7/16 x 1-1/4".
The 708085M1 Bushing is 1 x 1-3/16 x 2-1/2".
Should you have to have those made.

Sent all those part numbers and measurements to Connex Bushings as was recommended as a source. they replied that the measurements were odd and possibly taken in a "relaxed state"... does anyone have any idea where these measurements came from and how they were taken? Has anyone ever found the elusive bushings for an M34A loader ?

thanks

Paul

All the measurements were taken out of the MF parts book, they list the measurements in the part description. I haven't seen that actual bushings for the loader bucket but a lot of the MF bushings are split like a roll pin so they will go in, and it makes the inside diameter close up a little bit so you usually have to hone, or ream them a little so the pin will fit. You may try http://www.gbdorning.com/ they been helpful for me on MF industrial parts.

ptfarmer, I want to thank you for the Gorning info. I was able to get all of the Pins and Bushing I need to rebuild the 34 Loader I have on my 50E.

Good deal. On my MF2135 industrial tractor I was looking for the input shaft seals for the transmission (manual shuttle shift), and couldn't find them anywhere. I called AGCO Answers, they gave me a number to a dealer they thought may have them. When I called the dealer AGCO suggested, the dealer told me about Dorning that they were a big MF industrial dealer. Dornings parts guy hasn't failed me yet on the old MF industrial parts.
