Massey Harris 33 Radiator

Hey everyone, I just had a Massey Harris 33 tractor given to me about a month ago. The radiator on the tractor is shot, and to have the core redone is going to cost me $600. I've looked and looked online for a new Massey Harris 33 radiator and cannot find one anywhere. I had a guy contact me (because I put an ad out online that I was looking for a radiator) and the radiator he had was used, but I still bought it because it was my only option...installed the radiator and it was junk. I am in need of a radiator soon because I am planning on using this tractor for baling hay this summer.

So my question is..where can I find a good radiator for this tractor? And my next question is would a Massey Harris 44 radiator fit in my Massey Harris 33?

If I recall correctly, the 44 rad is a bit taller, shorter neck. The bolts holding it
in should line up since the tubs are similar. The shrouding on the 44 rad may be
wider to accommodate the larger fan, but it just might fit. Worth a try if you can't
find one for a 33.

MH 33 gas and kerosene used # 764 921 M91, my diesel calls for 766 586 M91. Not sure if a 44 would fit but they are lots more out there than the 33. 44s used 763 554 M91, 763 555 M91, 765 385 M91, and 765 386 M91. Inlet/outlet sizes may be different, but just might be made to work. The triples used a different radiator frame, so I doubt they would fit very easy.

Not trying to hijack, but I've been looking for one for my 33, also. PO replaced original with a very small car radiator.

(quoted from post at 05:36:18 05/10/16) Where are you located? I have several 33 and 44 radiators and can probably pick out a good one.

Bob, I am from Kokomo Indiana. My concern is the used radiator will only hold up for a short time, and then I'm right back in the same boat I am now. Debating on spending the money to just go ahead and have mine re-cored. What do you think ?

I am working in Monticello IL and can bring one from home if you want to drive over and look at it before buying. About a 2-1/2 hour drive from Kokomo. Next time I will go home is May 25 and will check my parts. My email is open. Send me an email and I will contact you and see what you decide by then. Emiller and Karl, send me your email addresses also.
