MH 333 vs 33 cylinder head

Hello All,
I have a 333 I'm restoring for sentimental value. Has the original E-208 engine (rebuilt 40 years ago, then parked).
Can I put a head off a 33 on the 333? agco parts book has different head part numbers, but valves and head gasket are the same part number.

I'm also wondering about putting a 3ph and hydraulics on it. can I rob them off a 33 and put them on my 333?

Thanks!

I think the head would not be a problem. The hydraulics from the 33 would work but is not like what the 333 came with. Triples came with follow up linkage on the lift cylinder control valve like the 44 Special had. 33 never came with that cylinder, just the square rod with up-down adjustable stops like my 33 diesel.

I think the only difference between the two is the bore...eighth inch larger bore in
the 333. The heads are likely interchangeable, but not necessarily the same. I
would check valve clearances etc. to be sure. Ben.

Yes, the 33 head will work on the 333. I have one head gasket set if you need one. If you need a 333 hydraulic pump, I think I have one. I also have a factory 333 auxiliary hydraulic valve. I might have a rockshaft, but not positive. My number is nine two zero - two eight seven - five seven three two. Email is carpenter972(at)gmail.com Thanks, Jeff
