MH44K Oil Pump Bolt Torque Specs?

Gentlemen,
I just replaced the oil pump in my 44K tractor a couple days ago, due to a broken key on the shaft that drives the internal gear(s). When I began removal of the pump I noticed that the attaching bolts were somewhat loose. I also noticed that each bolt had a hole drilled completely through the head. I suspect that these need to be safety wired after they are torqued. I have a condensed shop manual that doesn't say anything about the torque spec for these two bolts. Anyone have the specs? I know now I need a full shop/service manual which I am in the process of ordering. I would appreciate the assistance.
Respectfully, Sapper

I am thinking those bolts go through the main cap, if so there should be a torque spec for them.

If not, look up the bolt size, there should be a standard torque for each size and thread.

You were correct on your suspicions. I would be curious if anyone else ever ran into this issue. The key on both pumps I took apart looked like new. I would pack a little grease in the gears so it will prime, make sure the short tube between the pump and the main cap is in place or you will be taking it apart again.
