MF-35 Thermostat Body Gasket

Has anyone ever had to order a 731254M1? I reside in the US and trying to find one for an MF35 is about impossible to locate without astronomical shipping or the company no longer carries it or it is out of stock. I've recently had the engine rebuilt and even the rebuild kit didn't have one. Just wondering if anyone has had this experience before. I guess I'll try to make one and/or RTV.

I typed in 731254M1 - Gasket in the internet search and was given no less than three suppliers.

Is this the gasket?
