MF 150 3 point hitch question

Hi Everyone,
I just purchased a MF150 with a Freeman loader on the front. I'm new to MF's and 3 point hitches. My old Farmall did not have a 3 pt hitch. How do you set the depth of the hitch. With the hydraulics I can raise the bush hog but it goes all the way back down in a few seconds. Is there an adjustment to set?

Can you show pictures of how and where they have the loader oil lines ayttached,
I have see Fergusons that you had to tie down the lift arms to get the remote cylinder to work,
You may have to lockout the loader to get the lift to hold,

However, if the loader works it would appear your hyd pump is still good

May just have a leak in lift cylinder

Do you have a repair manual, may need to look into buying one,

need more info, is this a trailing unit or 3pt. under what circumstances does it drop? with clutch depressed? does it "chatter" or jump as you raise it?
