MF203 Intake Cover Torque Question

Does anyone know how many pounds I should torque the bolts to the intake cover. The engine is a Perkins A3.152 regular inject. In the picture it is the cover to the left of the manifold. I have been having trouble starting this tractor on a fresh rebuild. Today I discovered the machine shop never put the gaskets behind these covers. Air was leaking out from behind them. I am assuming this is a big part of why this tractor will not start. I looked through the remainder of the gaskets from the kit and I actually found new copper gaskets that go behind them. I have them torqued to 35 pounds right now but I can see where there is a small amount of fuel still leaking out from behind them.

I am finally getting fuel up to the injectors. With these covers removed I turned over the engine and a nice cloud of diesel came out of them. Right behind these covers are the ends of the injectors.

Thanks. I wasnt thinking too clearly when I sent that last reply. If that doesnt solve my starting problem not sure what I will do.

I really don't know. The machine shop ordered all the parts. If it does have the bowl type what does that mean? It will never start? I will call them tomorrow.
