Massey 399 rear lift issues

We've got a Massey 399 the rear lift will pick up a round bail, but will not pick up our 10ft shredder all the way up. Was wondering if anyone could point in the right direction or has had the same issue.

Hi,
The first place to look will be the control beam assembly where you attach the top link to the tractor. Disconnevct the
top link and remove the pin which attaches the control beam to the to the control spring assembly which goes into the
rear of the hydraulic cover. Inside the cab move the DRAFT lever to its fully lowered position. Check the control
spring assembly for any end float. There should be no end float. If you have end float the assembly should be removed
and serviced and refitted in accordance with MF instructions.
