Hello, I am a newbie here and this is my first time posting here so please bear with me.
I have a 1964 Massey Ferguson 65 with a Perkins Diesel engine that my Dad bought this past Summer. Got it for pretty cheap but I think it runs pretty good. Has a
couple of problems, the most important one being that it just blew a power steering hose. Power steering didn't work when we got it but I added some power steering
fluid to the reservoir and it started working till it blew this hose, so I am wondering if I might have over filled it or something. So my question is, how far are
you supposed to fill the power steering pump/reservoir and do the front wheels have to be centered or in a certain position while you fill it?
Also, is there a place I could buy the power steering hose from or will I have to get one custom made?
I am attempting to attach the best picture of the pump I have at this time.
Thanks in advance!
