MF35 Perkins Diesel

I have a '62 MF35 and looking for an engine block heater that replaces a freeze plug. Can
someone point me in the right direction as to where to buy one a what diameter it is. Also
which plug does it replace. I'm a little confused about the different sizes and listings I
have seen for it. Thanks

Measure the size of the core plug hole and buy one that matches that. An AGCO dealer or the AGCO website parts manual would be a good place to start. Also look at the Temro website. I think they make most of the block heater units and their catalog may have the correct one specified. THre"s the link: http://www.phillipsandtemro.com/userfiles/file/2015%20Zerostart%20Catalog.pdf

I own a 1963 MF Tractor,3 cylinder Perkins Diesel,A3.152:

As I'm away from my acreage, for the next 3 months, I can only share with you the location of the Electric Block heater. Size?

Threaded or other wise ?

Engine Serial #1968212 C:

Tractor Serial # SNMY320137:

FE 35 X Made in England:

NOTE the CLOUD on each picture. Right side/Starter side (Starboard) of engine identifies location of block heater.

You can put a aftermarket in bottom radiator hose. I've seen them at local farm-feed store. I'm sure some other supplier with also have them.Try to google it.
