OK, i have searched the forums for a while longer with no success. Had the tractor all apart. Back together now. The IPTO starts slow, no pressure on a gauge at the Ipto test port on the side. Not sure about the multipower but fluid moves on through the front main bearing it looks like on the low side and blows through the small holes on the clutch in the transmission on the high side. The IPTO clutch looks the same. I have it narrowed down to one of five things. If you call that narrow.
1. AUX Dual pump has one bad side. The aux hydralics on the back work.
2. The valve in the bellhousing.
3. The relief valve on the pump.
4. The IPTO clutch not holding pressure.
5. The multi clutch not holding pressure.
4 and 5 look to be the same so now what?? Thanks for the replies and insight.

There should be pressure at the test port. MP and IPTO supply pressure is controlled at the MP shift valve block assembly by the relief valve built into the block. The auxiliary pump MP safety valve is set high at about 700 PSI if I remember right, that can be checked the lines at the trans front above the clutch area that go to the front cooler. What is the rear hydraulic outlet pressure? What problem was the tractor apart for?

The rear test port is not showing anything either. I do have a little flow without the plugs in both. The original problem was I put a new clutch in and didn't have hydraulics at all. Pulled the hydraulic lift cover to inspect. Noticed the pump looked twisted in the case and a special bolt that holds the screen on the aux pump was loose and in from the wrong side. Split. Removed the pumps. Replaced a couple of bushings in the gear train. Cleaned and back together. The bushings were chewed up because of the gear train being in a bind. The clutch shop put the wrong hub in the pressure plate. It is right now.

Well I guess the next thing to do is take that MP valve apart and inspect I might isolate the pump first and see what the pump pressure is.

The last guy that worked on it was a long time ago and never was fixed right. I do not remember exactly what the problem was but I think it was the pto would spin but not under load. I think the multipower was working then.

I'd do a pressure check at the trans top cooler lines first, if I remember right the rear line is from the aux pump and other goes to the MP shift valve. Take both lines off then bump the starter with the fuel stop pulled, the line that has oil coming out is the one to put a 1000 PSI gauge on to check the pressure. With the gauge on start the engine, if right you should see about 700 PSI in under 10 seconds. If none or much less the pump is not working right, MP valve is probably OK. Also there's a chance the PTO shift cover MAY have the RETURN aux elbow popped out of place, allowing air into the aux pump. That happened to my dad's 180 years ago, thought his pump died but it was OK..
