MF 65 hydraulic issue - need your help

I have a MF 65 I am working on.
The 3pt arms were stuck in the up position. And would not go down.
I pulled the cover off and the screen was off the pump and debris from the screen was floating in the oil. So I have pulled the cover off - removed and replaced the complete pump with a new pump - cleaned a bunch of crud from inside before the new pump was put in. Cleaned the filter for the multipower which was not working either.

So now it has new pump - clean new oil - clean filter for multipower - also new 3pt cylinder which was scored that I replaced along with new piston and new rings.

All back together still same....3pt is up and will not lower.
It looks like the lever to move the 3pt up and down is not pushing the lever on the pump.
If I push the pump lever with a bar manually from reaching through the cover the pump moans and seems to push out the pressure relief valve.

Let me know any suggestions.
Thanks so much..

The MF TECHNICAL SEWRVICE MANUAL 1448 811 M1 Section 10, has 28 pages, double sided, on the hydraulic three point system that you have. I know these Manuals appear on E-BAY from time to time. Possibly, you own such a Manual? Someone with experience, with the challenge you have, may direct you to the solution. 28 pages,is to much to explain on this topic.

OK...have you any sort of a valve on the top cover above the stack/transfer pipe...check that that valve is not locked...also check that you have the control leg on the correct side of the pump valve..

Just like what samn40 was saying, When you put the top cover back on, be sure the lever is on the correct side of the roller. You can see this thru the side cover with the dipstick in it. I have a CD for it if needed.

Mine did this. I fought it for a long time to find the problem was the oscillator. It was slipping. They were only staked at the factory and
eventually they begin to turn inside themselves. I had mine welded and solved the problem. Email me and I will assist you with getting the
hydraulic section of the manual.
