Thanks for all the replies on tach and temperature gauge. Tractor has been converted to alternator so that is out.But appreciate the help[ and showing me where the temperature guauge goes. Really like this tractor--traded a Allis Chalmers CA for it. Thanks again.
 
This may be an option for your tack replacement. Take a look on the front of the timing case cover, if their is a small cover held on with two bolts, you can get a gear to run your tack mounted their. Of course the tack cable will also need to be longer to connect up to that location.
