2705 fuel tank

The fuel tank on my 2705 is warped out of shape (bowed up) to the point I can't open the back window.

Would using on of those heat guns that looks like a hair dryer be a safe way to push it back down? Or is that a stupid idea???

I doubt you will have enough heat over enough area to make a difference. If you are in a nice sunny climate, park it outside in direct sunlight on a hot day and place something heavy on the top for the day. Depending on how bad it is, you might be able to gain enough to open the window.
