On an MF 265, I've had a leak at the fuel leak off connection at the tank for a while and has recently got worse where tightening will no longer stop it. I figured it was high time to replace the olive, but in doing so it appeared the inlet to the tank was clogged. Thinking it was bits of the hardened olive, I started pulling as much of it out as I could to the point something just didn't look right. I didn't want to go further stabbing at it until I understood how it works. Is the inlet at the tank supposed to be straight through or is there something like a check valve built in the inlet that works under pressure? The leak off line runs back to the injector rail. I'll try to post a pic.
Thanks,
