I've drove it stopped came back 15 minutes later wouldn't start doesn't turn over at all. Pushed kill switch made sure all n neutral doent turn over at all. Jumped starter it turns over, tried jumping/bypassing neutral safety switch no luck same with jumping ignition switch. Bought used 96 mf 240 with 232 loader first time this has happened. It was completely off when stopped nothing left on. Power to ignition lights etc any suggestions don't know much bout tractors or electrial

I'd check a few things; check all fuses. I can't imagine they would be the problem, but under the dash on the left, if this is like mine, is a fuse box. Some 8A and 10A fuses, check them. There will also be some other fuses, under there someplace. My owner's manual shows some big fuses, which don't exist on my 240-S, so I have two other black fuse holders under there instead for some reason.
If not, it sounds like the starter solenoid not working. I am not any expert by any reason, but if you could check that you are really getting power to the solenoid when you turn the key?
I'll tell yuou one thing I did one time. I inadvertently kicked loose the wiring that goes to the neutral transmission safety switch off, down by your left heel, finally found the wires hanging loose, reattached them, and it started right up.
Post back, let me know. Not a lot of us 240-232 guys out there.
Perkins diesel?
