MF 98 transmission question

My father in law has two 98s one with the oliver 6spd transmission and the other one has a hand clutch with two shift levers. One is high and low and the other is the forward gears and reverse. Is one tractor rarer than the other?

Yes the hand clutch 2 stick version is not as common considering how many model 98 tractors were built. Both the hand clutch and the two stick range feature were options. What hydraulic unit is on each tractor? Do you have serial numbers for both?

I don't have the serial numbers right off hand, next time I get over there I'll check them out. I know they each have one set of rear hydraulic remotes, maybe two...I don't remember. It's been a few years since I drove them.
