101 Jr Twin Power throttle adjust??

Hello,

I have a 101 Jr RC (with the single front wheel) and am having a heck of a time trying to figure out how to adjust the throttle linkage to operate or even go into all three 'notch' settings on the hand-throttle.

I have it now set to move fully through the mid-range notches, but it will simply not extend into the 'twin power' range. It seems to be binding at that point.

What the heck am I missing?

I have copies of the parts, operator and service manuals, but I must be missing some pages on how to adjust... Anyone have links to the complete PDF manuals??

Thanks from someone who is still learning about 'twin power' and all the tricks of my freshly rebuilt 101 Jr.

I forgot to load a picture of what the hand throttle 'fan' looks like.
This is off a 22, not my 101, but shows the three different 'notched' zones.

Did you try to losen the throttle quadrant and rotate it? I have and 81, 22, and 20 and that is the only way I was able to get the notches to line up and work.
