Massey Harris 22 brakes

Massey Harris 22 left brake is grabbing. How to get to brakes to look at them. Do I have to pull wheel off.

Yes, you do. While you've got things apart, check for leaking seal that's pressed into rear-end housing. Clean everything good. Getting the brake discs relined can be pretty expensive. Also, make sure to keep rubber boots over the outside brake rods. I once made the mistake of re-doing my brakes but didn't have the boots. Critters got up inside & stored nuts & stuff, causing brakes not to release properly. Had to take everything apart again. Good luck!
