One for Australia perhaps!!!!!!
Don't want to hijack the thread but I'm very curious seeing the sign for unleaded fuel and
wondering what you on that side of the pond are paying.
Currently the average price for unleaded per litre is ?1.08 which equates roughly to ?5.40
($8.1) per UK gallon. Do you buy your fuel by the litre? The sign shows '2.4'. Is that per
litre or is that by the gallon? If it is by the gallon it would make it ?3.60.....and we
thought ours was cheap at the moment.
Cheers

Here in Canada gasoline is about $1CAN per litre---was up to $1.40. That is about half of a UK pound per litre or about $4.5CAN per Imperial gallon, which is about 2.25 UK pounds per Imperial gallon.....if my math is correct!

Here in the USA gas is $2.10 to $2.50 a gallon depending on what part of the country you live in. That is down from around $4.00 a year ago. Too bad it wouldn't store without rotting, we could stock up while the price is down.
