I'm in the process of wiring my MF135 with a one alternator. You had a wiring diagram on here a while back showing it. One wire goes from the neutral safety switch to the inside terminal on the starter selonoid. There is another wire that comes from the negative side of ammeter (10ga)but I can't tell if it goes to the terminal with the battery wire or not?

On a amp meter the + side should connect up to the 10ga wire from the alternator. The - side of the amp meter the 10ga wire should go to the starter solenoid terminal where the + cable from the battery goes to. A amp meter works the same way like a fuse does, power goes in, and power comes out.

Personally I'm not a big fan of amp meters, I had one go bad in my 1968 Ford F100 truck, and it burnt all the wiring for the charging system, and killed the battery. Luckily the truck has minimal upholstery so the whole truck didn't burn to the ground. If you notice these days everything new has a volt meter instead of a amp meter.

know that I have removed the voltage regulator I saw where the wire going to the right side has been eliminated. Man I had a hard time finding a belt that would match up with the new alternator. Will update you on my progress later today.

What I do for a v-belt when I don't know the size is to find a old one that is longer, then cut it to the length needed. It should help get you one that will fit.

I couldn't get the right belt so I ended up removing a washer from under the alt bracket and grinding the bolt head down. Batts charging and lights are bright
