MF 35 and 202

I have a 35 with a manual trip bucket and recently acquired a 202 with hydraulic bucket and power steering. The 35 has the diff lock and 3 pt. hitch I want... and the 202 has the power steering and loader I want.
I'm thinking that splitting both in half and sticking the 35 hind quarters on the 202 front quarters is the way to go. Good idea? Bad idea? And what am I likely to run into???
Both have the Z134 Wisconsin gasser... both have the 3 speed with hi-lo... and both are from the '62 or '63 vintage.
