3650 rear end

I am getting a noise from the rear end of a new to me massey 3650 two wheel drive with around 7000 hours. It is really only noticeable pulling on a side hill with tractor leaning to the right. its more like a faint clunk than a click and can be felt in the seat. I tried locking up the wheels, but it makes no difference.It will also shake or rock the tractor, almost like the wheel was loose(which they are not). I plan on pulling it apart when I get time and wonder what your thoughts were and which side to look at first. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Well there went my guess. Mine was loose wheel center to outside rim.

Could be a few things from final drive problems to differential problems had a 3680 here and had the differential go out in the rearend that was a 5000 dollar bill just in parts
