Massey Harris Pacer (No 16) water pump

Anybody have a source for a water pump, water pump kit, and part numbers for either for a Massey Harris Pacer (No 16) tractor.

For replacing the water pump, do I need to get any additional gaskets? Don't know how the pump is mounted and whether gaskets would come with the pump or not. If need to get separate gasket can anyone supply the part number.

Anyone have any recommendations on what it takes to repair the water pump? Looks like have to remove front grille, then radiator with radiator mount shrouds in order to get at water pump. Does not look like there is clearance to get the water pump/fan assembly out otherwise.

Google is not turning up anything anything - part numbers may help though. Possible salvage from Wengers, Kessels, or Burch. Maybe....

I don't know if this will help on a Pacer, but I could not find anything at any tractor sites to rebuild the carb on my GP, so I took the gaskets to my local NAPA. They did some research and found a kit for a 1929 to 1931 Model A Ford would work except the needle and seat were different. No problem as they were ok. Your water pump may not be as easy to find, but for what it's worth-hope it helps. Good Luck

Searching on a Continental Y91 engine. The repair kit per Wisconsin/Continental documentation appears to be Y400T00251. I am not sure though as there are pictures where the small water outlet feed comes from the top left side of the pump in a horizontal direction. On the Pacer block, it comes from the top left side of the pump in a vertical direction. Have a placed a question to Wisconsin as to whether this kit will fit. Hard to find pictures of the pump itself.

I have seen the kit run $110 to $150 (assuming it's the right kit).

Have an estimate of $100 from Arthur Gould Rebuilders to rebuild the pump - they specialize in older pumps so they are looking very competitive versus trying to find the correct parts and DIY.

My local NAPA sent my 44-6 water pump out to be rebuilt as
I couldn't find parts... wasn't that expensive, looks like
new.
