Massey 168 no PTO or remote hydraulics

Just rebuilt the engine on my Massey 168 including new clutch plate. Since putting it back together I now find engine runs like a dream BUT I have no remote hydraulics and the PTO does not work. I think it might be to do with the second stage clutch but don't know. Any suggestions welcome please.
 
The second stage clutch is the one that drives the outer transmission input shaft which in turn drives the hydraulic pump(s) and PTO. The 3 point hitch probably isn't working either.

Thanks for getting back to me Bob. I guess the adjustment point for the second stage clutch is via the inspection hole under the bell housing? Any tips for how to go about making the adjustment please?
 
Did you do the adjustments on the clutch assembly before installing it? The secondary clutch disc would have to be spinning free of the rest of the clutch or the hub of that disc ripped loose if it isn't driving the shaft. David P. South Wales has posted excellent instructions several times on here for adjusting the clutch in place. You should be able to find his posts in the archives.

Thanks again Bob. I have found several of David's posts so will go from there. (I do fear I may be dealing with a hub that has ripped loose so will have to split the tractor again but I will double check first. Much obliged.
