Resale value of a 1433

I have a Massey 1433 with loader and backhoe purchased new in 2004. At present it is down with a problem in the differential. (Only moves
in 4WD and then only front wheels work.) Every thing else seems to be in good shape. I need to decide what to ask for it on a trade in or
a direct sale and need to decide whether to have it fixed or sell as is. I would appreciate any advice and in particular estimates of
value as is or if repaired. We have opened the differential and the bolts were sheered and there is scoring on the main gear and the
"worm?" gear that goes forward into the transmission.

In my personnel experience your better off fixing it before selling......most time people don't want to buy someone elses problems.
Contact your Massey dealer......sure he'd have a better idea of value both fixed or sold as is.......
