There is a MH Pacer locally I"m interested in, but not knowing much about tractors, I"m relying on info rom the web. I"ve learned a little about these tractors, but I"m having difficulty finding much detailed info. Does the Pacer go by another name or code? I want to find out more about the hitch in the back. It is not a 3pt, I guess it is a two point that I"ve read about. I can never find any pictures to compare. Are implements available for this set up? Is it safe for doing light ag. work. Any good resources for the Pacer? Any info will help. Thanks.

I bought a 1955 Pacer last summer just for something to mess with. Within a day of purchase I found a factory 3 point hitch conversion. It came with the factory under-belly mounted snowplow & my son-in-law has been plowing snow all winter with it. Starts as good in our Atlantic Canada winter as it does in summer. Didn't realize what a unique little tractor it was when I first bought it. They only built about 2,950 of these, from 1954 to 1957 in Toronto. Live hydraulics with down pressure & it lifts that heavy snow plow easily with chains attached to the plow beams directly under the front lift arms. Hard to find used parts but some parts from the Pony will work.

Some things might also work from the Colt and Mustang. Great little tractors, will surprise you what they are capable of.
