Folks, I do not use the hydraulics, so just have the pump/tank to hold the fan shaft. Hydraulic lines and cylinder have been removed, with the exception of a short loop of hydraulic
hose. I've been getting persistent leakage even though the pump has been rebuilt. I'm thinking of replacing the oil in the tank with grease, just to keep something in there
lubricating the fan shaft, but hopefully stop the leakage. What do you think? Any problems with this?
