Massey Harris Neon Clock question

Hi everyone...
I had a question about a MH neon clock I am hoping someone can help me with. I'd like to get my
clock hung up, but I'd like to do it in a way they did it originally but I'm not 100% sure what that
is. On the back bottom of the clock is a box for the neon that sticks out 4-5 inches, so the clock
will not mount to the wall "flush"...the previous owner had it hung by a piece of wire. Just
wondering if anyone knows how this would have been hung originally or can send me to the right place
to find out...I sure appreciate it. Thank you...

Also, I know little about the clocks, would love to find out more such as who all they were available to, any way of putting an approximate date on them etc...Thank you...

I imagine the clock hung from a built-in soffit inside a showroom or some sort, possibly an office, possibly a display cabinet. However, be aware that neon tubes operate at high voltage, I believe thousands of volts, and while the low amperage may not kill you, if you touch the wrong bare wire you will never forget it. It will tingle your hand and arm for a day or two. Be cautious.
