not new to tractors but this is the first one I've ever bought. It's a got what I need, and i understand its also a bit of a rare edition.
Drove it 30 miles home from a colony yesterday morning. It isn't much of a looker but it starts and runs good. Old hutterite mechanic i bought it off of took good care of it. Sounded like he used it for spraying his wine berries over the last 4 years since he bought it at a government auction. I'm thinking it was a municiple ditch cutter in its previous life.
I plan to use it for some moderate acerage work, putting in a lawn and clearing the driveway. Might also be interested in dressing it up down the road as its the special model, and it just looks damn cool. Heres some tractorporn:
