Hey can somebody tell me from the pictures attached if the MF65 still requires this relief valve? What will be likely to happen if i fit this and not have a relief? and is there likely to already be a relief given the photo of what was previously installed? This is purely to control a loader valve and return line.

What was installed and i'm removing...

What i'm replacing it with.

Hope you guys can help me out!

Cheers,

From what I can see here, your only utilising oil from the linkage pump in the centre housing to supply the diverter valve.
This linkage pump has either a relief valve screwed into the rear of it and/or a pressure control valve as well. Both relieve the oil pressure from the pump in an overload situation. You don't require any other relief valves fitted in situ. Hope this helps, Evan.

Thanks for the help! I'll go ahead with my new diverter valve then and all should be ok from what i make of your answer. Cheers.
