I was handed the steering valve, shaft, and many parts in a bag. This is a 135 deluxe with a continental gas engine. I have an old IT manual that explains how to assemble the steering valve, but is missing the pages on installing the valve and shaft back into the tractor. Can I just screw or turn the shaft back into the steering gears? I would say that it was taken out by screwing it out. Nothing else looks as it has been apart in years. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
