What did this continental F140 come from originally?

Trying to figure out what this continental F140 originally was in. It's in a Massey Harris 20 now but it's not correct for that tractor. The serial numbed tag on the engine says Massey Ferguson LTD and at the bottom is says F140 62281.
Must be built after 1956 according to the Massey ferguson on the tag. Could it have come from a combine?

The F140 was used in the mid production range of the Massey 101 Jr., all of the 22s and the #23 Mustang through 1956 and the 35 self propelled combine. Yes they were used after name changed to Massey Ferguson. The 35 combine was built as a Massey Harris from 1958 to 1962 and as a Massey Ferguson from 1963-64. Both used the F140 engine and were essentially the same machine. I believe the Massey Ferguson self propelled windrower also used this engine.
